Jinli has independent inspection department including 5 experienced inspectors and various advanced inspection equipments and tools. We do inspection after every step during production, before products delivery, we take 3 times final inspection to ensure every products is qualified. Our inspection equipments contain roughness tester, ultrasonic hardness tester, metallographic tester, ROCKWELL hardness tester, 3D coordinate measuring machine, electronic autocollimators and etc; inspection tools contain slide calipers, micrometer calipers, tape, filler gauges, depthometers, outer diameter calipers, inner diameter calipers, angle R gauges.
